You can view and email receipts when completing a sale, or later, from the Purchases section of the Account Details screen.
- Select Clients from the main menu.
- Search for an existing client, or add a new one.
- Tap Account below the client's profile image.
- Swipe down, then select an individual purchase.
- Tap View Receipt at the bottom of the purchase details screen.
- Tap the Action icon at the top right.
- Tap Mail and enter the client's email address.
Viewing electronic signatures for credit card sales
Electronic signatures captured when processing a sale by credit card are stored in the client's profile, but can only be viewed when using the full MINDBODY software.
