I can't log in to MINDBODY Express. What am I doing wrong?


There are a few reasons that might explain why you’re having trouble signing in to MINDBODY Express. Here are some common issues:

  1. You’re not a MINDBODY customer. We’d love to have you in our network of wellness practitioners, but—until then—you won’t be able to use this app. Get started with MINDBODY now.
  2. The username or password you are using may be incorrect. Double check them both and try again. If you still can't log in, then figure out what type of login you’re using, and click the corresponding link below to learn how to reset your password:
    • I’m using the owner login.
    • I’m using a staff member login.
    • I'm using a consumer login to sign up for services or to purchase products from a business that uses MINDBODY. If so, move on to #3 below.
  3. You’re trying to access the MINDBODY app using a consumer login. Consumer logins give individual customers online access to their accounts with businesses that use MINDBODY. Staff members and owners at these businesses have logins too; we refer to these as staff member logins and owner logins, respectively. MINDBODY Express is exclusively for owners and staff members, to give them access to their business software on the go.
