It's easy to make last-minute changes to an open ticket.
- To change the quantity of an item, or to remove something completely, locate the item by searching or browsing for it in the Retail screen.
- Tap the item to increase the quantity (1).
- You can also tap the information symbol on the right of the item to open the product or service details screen (2).
- Here, you can tap the plus (+) or minus (−) buttons to change the quantity of the item, then hit Update Quantity (3).
- To remove the item completely, tap Remove from Ticket (4), and confirm your decision by tapping Remove from sale.
