The schedule gives you a snapshot of the classes, enrollments, and appointments scheduled at your business. You can even book appointments or add staff availability right from the schedule. It also gives you quick access to class sign-in, appointment details, and more. 


Your schedule will load automatically when you log in. But, if you need to find it after visiting another page, just tap the main menu button, and then select Schedule.

Schedule Views

You can view your schedule in a few different ways, and quickly switch between these views by clicking the schedule icon at the top.

From here, you can select Day, Week, or List. If you need to zero in on the schedule, you can pinch to zoom on your screen.


Day view

This view displays the selected day’s classes, enrollments, and appointments. If you’re logged in as an owner, you’ll see each staff member’s schedule—their bookings, availability, and unavailability—underneath their profile photo (or under their initials if they don’t have a photo uploaded). Scroll to the right to view additional staff members. If you log in as a staff member, you’ll see just your own schedule for the day by default, but you can choose to view the schedule for all staff by clicking your name at the top.

  • Class capacities are displayed in the turquoise bars to the left of each class or enrollment.

Week view

This view displays an entire week of classes, enrollments, and appointments—as well as availability and unavailability—for one selected staff member.

List view

This view displays the selected day’s classes, enrollments, and appointments—as well as unavailabilities—in chronological order. Class capacities will display in the circle icons.

Note: What displays on your schedule may depend on what you have permission to view. Learn more about staff permissions.



On each of the schedule screens, you can jump to another date by using the calendar bar at the top and tapping on your desired date. Use the drop-down arrow to expand the calendar if you need to find a date outside of the selected week.

You can also swipe left or right to hop to different days (except if you're viewing all staff in day view—then swiping right will just show you more staff members). Swipe to different weeks in week view by swiping left or right. And if you need to jump backwards or forward by the month, you can do so quickly by expanding the calendar and clicking on the months at the top. Another handy feature in the expanded calendar is that it will list the number of weeks out you are on the right-hand side, so you know exactly how far out you’re booking.

Tap the number bubble in the lower left to return to today's schedule.

Use the “Refresh” icon at the top to see the most up-to-date version of your schedule.

You can also book an appointment, add availability, or add unavailability by clicking on the + sign in the upper right-hand corner. Learn more about booking appointments and managing staff availability.


Filter by Staff

In day view and list view, if you have the appropriate staff permissions, you can choose whether you want to display the schedule for all staff members, or just certain ones. To filter by staff member, tap the staff icon at the top.
