Adding new clients

SUMMARY

It's convenient to add clients from MINDBODY Express™ because you can snap your new customer's photo using your device's camera, then enter—or allow the client to enter—contact information in seconds.

CONTENT

To add a new client:

  1. Tap Clients in the main menu.
  2. Tap the add client icon at the top right.                                                                                                                                             
  3. Enter the customer's contact information. Required fields will display in red. These fields correspond with the required fields you've set up on your site.
  4. Once you or your client has entered their information, click Continue in the upper right.
  5. If you use liability waivers, the app will prompt you to either have the client sign the liability waiver now or later.
  6. Tap the orange arrow icon in the top right corner to access a few more options:

    • Manage Alerts allows you to enter a red or yellow alert that shows up on the client's main profile page.
    • Manage Notes lets you enter customer notes.
    • New Ticket links you to the Retail screen and starts a new ticket for the client.
